Clearance, contracts and delivery — handled end to end

Every commercial has to clear the same hurdles before it can go to air: the script, the cast, the music, the final cut. We manage all of it, so your production team can focus on the work itself.

  • Clearcast script & copy clearance, including query resolution
  • Casting briefs and artist / voiceover contracts
  • Clock numbers and delivery via CARIA
  • Music licensing and rights negotiation
  • Radio, cinema and VOD clearance alongside TV

HOW WE WORK

From creative deck to broadcast

[Placeholder copy describing the step-by-step process a client can expect.]

01

Early review

[Placeholder] Creative decks are reviewed before client sign-off to flag anything likely to cause clearance problems later.

02

Casting & contracts

Casting briefs go out to agents, cast is confirmed, and artist / voiceover agreements are issued and signed.

03

CLEARCAST SUBMISSION

Scripts and rough cuts are submitted for clearance, with any queries (such as required legal supers) resolved directly.

04

Clocking & delivery

A clock number is issued and full delivery paperwork sent to broadcasters via CARIA, ready for transmission.
